My goal is simple: to give you top quality personal training at affordable rates. I help you reach your full fitness potential. I will help you build strength, gain muscle, lose fat, and improve your overall well being. You have the ability to reach your full potential. Let me help you get there.

I can train you at Club 7  Midtown ( Silver Towers And River Place), outdoors, or a place of your choosing anywhere in NYC.

*Additional fees may apply at gyms where I do not hold a membership . Transit fee starts from $15

The package deals are only valid as packages when paid in full. NO REFUNDS

1 HOUR SESSIONS 1 ON 1

1 to 2 Sessions Per Week:
$110 Per Session


 

3 Sessions Per Week:
$95  Per Session Must be paid as a package of 3 or more per week

if you pay for a package deal and do less you will be charged the remaining balance

 (6 -9.30 AM & 5 - 7.30 PM)
