Ever wish you had someone to train with who would push you, motivate you, and keep you accountable?
This is your chance.
Unlike traditional personal training, these sessions are built around my own training schedule. You join me for my workout and train alongside me as I train.
If it’s leg day, we train legs.
If it’s upper body, we train upper body.
If it’s conditioning, we work together.
I’ll help with exercise selection, form corrections, weight adjustments, motivation, and guidance throughout the session, but this is not a private personal training session.
Think of it as having an experienced coach and training partner right beside you.
